  • Mr. Sinitsin has over 25 years of experience in the resource and investment banking industries, including 15 years based in Moscow;
  • during his career he has held senior positions in Russian metals and mining research and corporate finance at a UK based, independent investment bank;
  • Mr. Sinitsin acts as a non-executive director of Lubel Coal Company Ltd. and Golden League Mining Limited, both of which are privately held companies active in resource exploration and development in the FSU;
  • holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst
Aleksey Izmestiev

  • Aleksey has a 7-year experience in investments, innovations and strategic analysis focused on metals and mining, energy and finance;
  • joined GHP Group in 2012. Holds the position of Project Director in Strategic Department GHP Group;
  • graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, speciality: «Crisis Management».
